Housing Affordability is one of Australia's most pressing problems. 

Mackellar has some of the most expensive housing in Sydney. Our young people and essential workers can no longer afford to live here, businesses struggle to get workers and older people find it hard to downsize. Vulnerable people have even fewer options.

The federal government has a leadership role in housing policy, and the ability to drive change with funding and tax policy.

I will take recommendations from the People's Jury on Housing to Canberra as I advocate for solutions. 

The People's Jury is a representative group of 30 randomly selected Mackellar residents who have been invited to participate. They will attend a one day conference which will include presentation by expert panelists.
